Due to the success of this business last year they have just gained another huge client and need professional support engineers to help with extra demand.

They are already working with multiple blue-chip companies across the UK including names such as AXA and have a great reputation.

You’ll be expected to provide a first-class service to resolve technical issues and faults quickly through your own knowledge and working with other members of the team.

The Support Engineer will need to be able to communicate effectively to their clients and to other members of staff to help resolve issues and set up systems. This could include installing computer hardware and applications, diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.

  • Windows 10
  • Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Office 365 Administration
  • Azure Administration
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • MDM/Intune
  • Problem solving skills/attention to detail.
