Your job will be varied! There will be an array of different responsibilities and duties included in this position so, no, it won’t get boring! One day you might be visiting a client site or and the next be involved in an exciting project with the team. You’ll probably take a few calls too but that’s to be expected!
They have a culture of self-improvement so you can expect the Service Desk Manager to mentor you and help you improve your skills from day 1.
They’d like someone to come with experience in:
- Office 365 administration
- Windows Server administration.
- Desktop troubleshooting
- Network and Firewall knowledge/troubleshooting
- Providing technical support for customers via phone (2nd Line)
- Raising tickets and reports accurately and in conjunction with their processes.
But their technical capabilities span far beyond this so expect to bolster your skills in other areas.
