DevOps Engineer – Medtech – help fight cancer

How would you like to work for an award winning tech for good company whose AI powered Med-tech product empowers medical professionals to better diagnose and treat cancer?

In this role you will be joining a team of DevOps Engineers to help build and optimise the infrastructure underpinning their award winning tech-for-good product, ensuring it is highly available and stable. You will also work closely with developers and help them deliver their software as efficiently as possible. You will write and deliver infrastructure code and tools, help promote a DevOps culture and solve problems relating to mission critical services. You will be someone who loathes repetition and loves self-healing infrastructure.

You will also be interested in Deep Learning, machine learning, artificial intelligence, Big data and excited at the prospect of leveraging these in a very noble cause.

You will be excited by automation, micro services, domain driven design, infrastructure as code and continuous delivery, be a problem solver and be very intellectually curious – constantly questioning, testing the boundaries and trying to explore how to improve things. Are the tools fit for purpose? Are they being used in the most optimal way? Is there a better way of doing things?

They are very forward thinking as far as the tech is concerned – to give you a snapshot: Ansible, Puppet, Python, NodeJS, Jenkins, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Tensorflow, Pytorch.

The role is based in central London – exceptional transport links and a stone’s throw from a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, galleries, cinemas.
