Devops Engineer | Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Ansible, Puppet, Python, Bash | Bristol or Gloucester or remote | up to £65k

As a DevOps Engineer with a passion for automation, you’ll be managing their development and operational processes, from deployments to monitoring to testing. What they are looking for
You should already have a few years experience under your belt and you’ll be able to automate repeatable processes where possible, so you can concentrate on the fun stuff – helping build highly scalable, reliable and flexible systems. Above all, you’ll need to have top notch communication and time management skills as you’ll be working will multiple teams, stakeholders and clients, all with varying levels of technical understanding.
Need to haves:
- You’ll know your way around a Linux system
- Experience of scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with Ansible, Puppet or Chef.
- Docker or Kubernetes
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of and a desire to work with AWS, Azure or GCP
- Development experience with Node.js
