Office Manager | Superhero | Marketing Maverick

SR2 is hiring for an Office Manager and all-round superhero.
SR2 stands for Socially Responsible Recruitment, we are a community-driven IT recruitment company based in central Bristol in the incredible Runway East Building (home to dozens of Bristol’s coolest tech start-ups). We have been in business for just over 14 months and in that time have built the business from zero to 10 people, turning over +£2million, donating over £8,300 to charity + dozens of volunteering hours & and creating a culture and proposition to be proud of that is setting us apart from our competition.
In true start-up fashion, up to this point, all back-office duties, administration, payroll, contractor care, social media, marketing, invoicing and event organizing has been done in house! All whilst spinning a million other plates (aggghh!). As we push on we’re going to need someone who can get stuck into these things day to day and enjoy doing so!
So if you consider yourself a bit of an all-rounder, office manager, Organizer, social media whizz, marketing maverick, charity champion – we would love to hear from you!
We are an ambitious business with big plans for the future and we are really looking for someone to come on this socially responsible journey with us in the long term helping and facilitating us achieve all our goals and ambitions for the business.
This is a key hire for us and we are after a dynamic, pro-active and forward thinking individual who is happy to get stuck into a broad range of things in a very diverse and forward-thinking business.
You would be involved in a wide variety of tasks ranging but not limited to the following:
General office management duties
- Looking after our contractors – managing paperwork and keeping them happy
- Charity coordination – organising events and thinking of new fresh ways we can support our charity partners
- Tech meetup and event organisation
- Producing compelling marketing material that embodies the SR2 brand & ethos
- Assisting with social media campaigns
- Being super customer oriented and friendly
- Running credit checks
- Invoicing (both sending and chasing)
- Back-office staff management duties
- General Organization
We will provide this superhero with an SR2 cape from day one + all the support and help in the world to get you up to speed with life at SR2 as quickly as possible. The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment background in a contractor care or back-office function and have a passion and interest in all thing’s social media and marketing with the skills to bring your ideas to life. Whilst that’s the ideal, we’re open to hearing from individuals who have transferrable skills.
