A globally recognised eLearning company are on the lookout for talented Lead Frontend Developer to join their team remotely. They’re currently undergoing a lot of growth, so this is a perfect opportunity for someone Leading a team looking to work hands-on with greenfield projects and to have a team built around them.
Not only are large brands such as Tesco, Coca Cola and TUI using their training platform, they’re also listed on the top 20 training companies.
Although the position is remote, you will be expected to travel down South to their head office for meetings and team events. Ideally, you’ll live no more than 4 hours away from their office. The projects that you’ll be involved in will never be solo projects, the pride themselves on their team feel even though you won’t be working in the same office space.
You will work closely with the Product Manager and will be leading a small team of 3-4 Developers and a QA. Their single page app is being re-written in React so this will be an exciting time to join them as well as working on their legacy platform.
Desired skills but not essential:
As this is a fully remote position, you’ll be expected to be a self-starter. There are no core hours and they are fully flexible with more of a start-up feel and no corporate stuff! To ensure ideas are being shared and to keep the team motivated or just to have a chat, they are constantly on their Slack group.
