Anyway – what they need is a Full-Stack Developer who is at the top of their game and who isn’t afraid of some client engagement. Naturally they are also looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and as a result stays on top of trends in the opensource world and devops space.
Be an expert – really know your stuff and make an effort to stay on top of new tooling/trends that could drive efficiency

Uphold quality standards throughout the team through educating on the importance & benefits of good software design and development
Work with clients and the wider team to create technical & functional specs
Ensure new features are developed in a timely way without compromising on quality
Be an example to your team – stay on top of new trends and tools. Be curious.
Expert knowledge in OOPHP and associated frameworks (not hung up on which)
Experience in modern tooling – AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of testing best practice
Experience working with scalable, high transactional websites
Understanding of secure coding best practice
