You’re a hands on techy but also enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team as well as the wider business. You’ll get involved in resolving issues, defects and queries raised as well as conduct quality reviews of yours and your peer’s deliverables to ensure you’re always creating the best software possible.
