Are you fussy… but in a way that you get things done?
If you are then perfect! Because I’m looking for a UX designer with a delivery focused approach, to come and join a brand-new start-up software company with some very exciting plans to work on designing mobile apps.
If you enjoy working on something meaningful, the mobile apps will be for ‘personal development’ purposes built around machine learning for large enterprise organisations to be able to get a solid understanding on how their employees are feeling working with them.
This includes everything from improving people’s wellbeing, getting the best out of people, helping companies to manage their employees better and get the best out of their staff – your work will be making a big impact and difference.
The apps are going to be personal development products which are being built around machine learning for large enterprise organisations.
This is going to be a small team working with some highly motivated and creative individuals, you will be communicating with customers/clients daily so being highly personable and having clear communication is key (and bringing your personality into it)
They want someone who can challenge their team members, take the business requirements and instead of just following them, coming up with ideas and suggestions that they think could potentially work better (don’t be afraid to take the reins like Kirstie Allsopp)
They want wants to set up their employees to succeed, create a culture where they can learn new technologies and develop their skills whilst working on some very meaningful stuff. (they have some amazing plans for the future)
As their UX Designer, you’ll be leading the design along side the team and working closely with them, working 50/50 on their branding and client focused stuff.
Skills + Experience Required:
- UX Design experience
- Experience of working alongside software developers
- Overall you will be a creative, inquisitive and up for working in a fast-paced environment where things can change at any time.
